I have a vivid memory of being in Year 2 and my teacher setting a writing assignment for the class.  I wrote a wonderfully descriptive story about a butterfly and the teacher commended me for the creativity of my writing skills.  That was the point I decided I wanted to become a writer when I grew up.

 

Of couse, real life doesn't always work out like that and I spent 8 years working as a Legal Secretary before moving to a local company and working as an Office Manager.

 

For almost two years now, however, I have been writing a family and lifestyle blog and I have rediscovered my love of writing as I have seen it go from strength to strength.  I have now provided content for a number of parenting websites and, when my eldest child started school, I decided to leave my job and become a freelance writer.

 

I have now had the privilege to build some great working relationships and write regularly for a number of clients.  I would love you to become part of that group!  Please do contact me if you would be interested in discussing your requirements further.
